It all STARTED WITH A GROWLER.
We started Downtown Drafts in 2014 because there was nowhere in Gainesville to get good beer.
At the beginning we could only sell growlers. We had no idea what drafts would become. Thanks to our amazing customers, Drafts grew from a little growler shop on the Gainesville square to a home away from home for so many people.
We love being the place people bring their families and friends, bringing y’all the best drinks and community, but the thing we love the most about our place is the community we’ve developed over the years. You are all the ones that make this community so special.
It can be hard to find a bar that feels like home and has awesome drink options.
At Downtown Drafts we have the best drinks and the best community. There’s a drink for everyone, and everyone is welcome.
